Inspiring the next generation through surf, connection, and ocean education.
Hey! I'm Crusoe
Born & raised here in the lineup at Windansea. Surfing since age 3, charging since age 7. I’ve put in over 15 years in these waters, trained as a lifeguard, competed in water polo, and studied surf safety inside and out.
Worked with the World Surf League as a Water Safety Patrolman in El Salvador. Certified through BWRAG, trained to read risk, manage rescue, and stay calm under pressure.
Taught lessons to all ages, but found my calling in teaching kids about the ocean. Now I’m here to pass it all down, the knowledge, the stoke, the respect for the ocean.
This isn’t just about surfing. It’s about staying safe, growing, and loving the water for life.

Surfing is a tool to build lifelong skills
Through Windansea Watersports, I want to give kids the opportunity to truly understand, appreciate, and connect with the ocean, just like my mentors did for me. By watching, interacting, and experiencing the ocean firsthand, they’ll develop skills and a mindset that will stay with them for life.
Through our programs, they learn to stay calm under pressure, think critically, and face challenges with confidence. Along the way, they develop social skills, resilience, and a deep understanding of the ocean.

More Than Just Surfing
We teach kids how to read waves, understand tides, navigate reef zones, and build real ocean awareness — not just how to stand up on a board.
Ocean Safety Comes First
Every session includes hands-on training in water safety, breath control, and rescue basics — knowledge that lasts a lifetime.
Small Crews, Big Progress
Each group is capped at 8 students and split by skill level, ensuring personalized coaching and stronger peer connection.
